Listeners are the heart of Wellness with Vairagya. We look for people who are patient, respectful and comfortable sitting with someone else's feelings without trying to fix them.

How it will work
- Apply with your details and why you want to listen
- Verify your identity
- Share your qualifications and background
- Agree to the Listener Agreement and Code of Conduct
- Complete training and supervision
- Get approved, set your availability and start listening
What listeners do not do
Listeners do not diagnose, treat, give medical advice or act as therapists. If someone may be in danger, listeners follow our safety process.
Pay
Listeners are paid per completed session once they are verified. Pay details will be confirmed in the Listener Agreement. This is not a guaranteed income.
